04 Limitations & Disclaimers

Please read carefully before enabling manual payments for your event

Please read carefully

These limitations apply to all manual payment transactions

No payment visibility

Kizomba Foundations does not process, hold, verify, or have any record of payments made between organizers and attendees through off-platform methods.

No dispute mediation

Any disagreements about whether payment was sent, received, or the correct amount must be resolved directly between the organizer and attendee.

No refund processing

Since funds never pass through our platform, we have no ability to process refunds. Refund arrangements are solely between the organizer and attendee.

No fraud protection

Unlike Stripe payments which include built-in fraud detection and chargeback protection, manual payments carry inherent risks for both parties. We recommend only using manual payments with trusted organizers and communities.

Confirmation at organizer's discretion

Organizers decide when to confirm or reject a pending registration. Kizomba Foundations does not guarantee that a pending registration will be confirmed.
